Where Japanese innovation meets Filipino warmth

Japanese living stands for precision and purpose. Every element has a function, every feature enhances the quality of life. It’s a concept that resonates strongly with Filipinos, who value homes that are not just aesthetically pleasing but efficient and built to last.

The cornerstone of this partnership is The Seasons Residences in Bonifacio Global City, the first project between Federal Land and Nomura Real Estate.
